Wheeling Pottery La Belle China Creamer Small Pitcher Gold Scroll Floral c.1900

The story
A small antique creamer from the Wheeling Pottery Company of Wheeling, West Virginia, in their "La Belle China" line. A round, footed body with a scalloped rim, moulded scrolls picked out in gold, and a delicate brown-transfer floral spray hand-tinted with pink blossoms. Marked on the base with the La Belle China crest and "B855". About 3 3/4" across the rim and 4" tall; good antique condition with crazing and light gold wear. Sweet for cream, a few stems of flowers, or alongside other Victorian china.
