Shipping

We ship within the United States from Weare, New Hampshire. Shipping is priced from each piece’s packed size and weight: enter your ZIP code on a piece and you’ll see real USPS and UPS prices before you pay.

Every piece is packed with care, fragile ones extra carefully. You can add insurance for the piece’s full value at checkout. We’ll send tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.

Local pickup in Weare, NH is free. Choose it at checkout and we’ll email you to set a time.

Returns

All sales are final. Please review photos and descriptions carefully; message us with any questions before buying.

Some pieces are also on display in our booth (see Find us). If one sells there before your online order reaches us, we’ll refund you in full right away.

If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us right away with photos of the piece and the packaging, and keep the box.

Privacy

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. When you buy, we receive your name, email, phone and shipping address so we can send your piece, and we share the address with the carrier to ship it.

If you sign up for new-arrival emails, we keep your email address only to send them. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Messages you send through the contact form are kept so we can answer them.

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they look at. We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
