Robinson Ransbottom Blue Spongeware Pitcher & Basin Set — Roseville, Ohio
$55
The story
A classic farmhouse washstand set from Robinson Ransbottom Pottery of Roseville, Ohio — a generous stoneware pitcher and matching 12" basin, both covered in bold cobalt-blue sponge decoration over a cream glaze. Robinson Ransbottom closed in 2005, and their spongeware is a favorite with country collectors. Beautiful on a dresser, in a bath, or holding flowers on a kitchen island.
